Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By scheduling service, authorizing work, or making a payment to Ross Tech 360 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Services and Estimates

  • Quotes: Any written or verbal estimate provided is an approximation. The final price may vary based on the actual time, materials, and complexity required to complete the job once work has begun.
  • Service Calls: A standard diagnostic/service fee applies to all scheduled visits. This fee may be waived if you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs or services.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior financing or payment arrangements have been made in writing.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept  cash, check, credit card, financing].
  • Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of  2.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Manufacturer Warranties: All new equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Company will facilitate warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
  • Labor Warranty: We guarantee our repair and installation workmanship for a period of  1  year from the date of service, provided the system has received routine maintenance.
  • Warranty Limitations: Our labor warranty does not cover failures due to lack of maintenance, misuse, acts of God, or issues with manufacturer-provided parts.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the relevant HVAC equipment on the scheduled service day.
  • Pets: For the safety of our technicians and your pets, please secure all pets before our arrival.
  • Existing Equipment: You acknowledge that pre-existing conditions or old/defective components not replaced during a service call may fail in the future.


5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.


6. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointment Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows. While we make every effort to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least  24 hours] in advance.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a situation is deemed unsafe for our technicians or if payment terms are not met.


8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine .


9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
